## Salesforce CLI is missing.

Headful checks for modern sf. Follow the official installer link in onboarding, then use Recheck. A legacy sfdx installation alone does not replace the modern CLI requirement.

## An org needs to reconnect.

Complete the Salesforce browser login again for that connection. Check the org and user on return. Your organization may restrict CLI access or require SSO and MFA; use the login allowed by its policy.

## A sandbox is missing or not usable.

Sandbox inventory depends on the production user’s privileges. A visible sandbox still needs a separate connection. Authenticate it explicitly, then update the agent grant if that client should use it.

## The agent cannot see an org or App.

Check that Headful is running, the MCP Apps extension is enabled, and the client grant includes the org and operation. Reload the client after a reviewed configuration change. A client may support MCP tools without interactive App rendering. Hosted ChatGPT cannot use a Mac localhost URL directly.

## A write has an uncertain or partial result.

Read the retained workflow and receipt first. Do not recreate a confirmed user or replay an unknown change. Use supported reconciliation or inspect the org in Salesforce. Continue only after you understand the confirmed state.
