# A clear head for every org.

Your orgs. Your Mac. Your agents.

Your Salesforce workspace lives on your Mac. By default, we never see your CRM data. Keep your orgs a click away, put your chosen agents to work, and review changes with a clear head.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT. HEADFUL BY DESIGN.

## Your data stays yours. We keep out of the way.

In the default local desktop mode, your Salesforce credentials, CRM records, and saved workflows never pass through Headful’s servers. Your Mac connects directly to Salesforce.

### Local is the default.

Your connections and workflows live on your Mac. No Headful desktop account or mandatory cloud relay stands between you and your orgs.

### Open source. Open to inspection.

Read the desktop core, follow how it handles your connections and reviewed changes, and build it yourself. Optional extensions have separate licenses.

### You choose what an agent sees.

Use the workspace without AI, or grant a compatible client selected orgs and capabilities. Requested results may go to your chosen AI provider under its policies.

LOCAL FIRST. HEADFUL BY DESIGN.

## Connect locally. Work with your agents.

A friendly home for your Salesforce orgs. Keep production and sandboxes in view, inspect the records that matter, and review supported changes with a clear head. Use the workspace on its own or bring a compatible local agent alongside.

### Sign in the familiar way.

Use the supported Salesforce CLI, often called SFDX. Import the connections you choose or open Salesforce’s browser login for production, a sandbox, or My Domain. No mandatory Connected App setup.

### Know which org you’re in.

Give every org an alias and cloud color. Switch the default from the menu bar. Saved work keeps its original org until you deliberately choose another.

### Bring your own agent.

Org management works without an AI provider. When you want an agent, grant a local client the orgs and capabilities it needs. Revoke that access from Headful.

YOUR ORGS, IN THE CONVERSATION

## Your orgs, in your agent’s workspace.

Choose an org. Inspect a lead. Prepare a permission change. This fictional local MCP session shows what you can bring to a compatible desktop or CLI harness.

A USEFUL HEAD FOR THE WORK AT HAND

## The work is in Salesforce. The headspace is yours.

Inspect what matters and prepare supported admin changes. Headful keeps exact org identity, saved progress, review, and receipts together across your workspace and local MCP.

### Keep orgs in view.

Production, QA, UAT. Bring selected CLI connections into one friendly org manager, with aliases, colors, health, and a clear default.

YOUR SHARED ADMIN WORKSPACE

## Your favorite admin shortcuts. One clear head.

Open-source utilities · Mac beta

Inspired by everyday admin tools such as Salesforce Inspector, ORGanizer, and Salesforce DevTools. Headful’s public Admin Utilities extension brings a focused set of read-only tools into the Mac workspace, with Salesforce CLI underneath and a clear org target always in view.

ORG SHORTCUTS

### The right org. The right page.

Switch explicitly between selected CLI connections, with colored clouds and a keyboard command palette. Save supported setup pages and record links as favorites for their own org.

RECORD INSPECTOR

### Readable fields. Less digging.

Open a lead from search or enter an object API name and record ID. Filter readable values, labels, API names, and types—including fields outside the page layout—then copy or open the original record.

SOQL & CSV

### Keep useful questions close.

Run read-only SELECT queries with object and field suggestions. Keep saved queries and history with their org, cancel an active request, and export the loaded results page as a local CSV.

SCHEMA EXPLORER

### Get your fields straight.

Browse available objects and describe their fields, types, and relationships. Turn selected fields into a starter query or export local Markdown field documentation.

CLI DIAGNOSTICS

### A clearer view of your org.

Inspect supported limits, storage, recent jobs, and available debug logs. Salesforce permissions and CLI capabilities determine what you can read; unavailable data stays clearly labeled.

PLANNED · PROPRIETARY EXTENSION

### A future safety copy.

Backups, snapshots, and reviewed restore workflows are planned as a separate proprietary extension. They are not included in the current Admin Utilities implementation.

This is a focused first utility slice, with bounded reads and a customizable shared header. It does not claim complete Salesforce Inspector parity. Backups, restores, bulk imports, and broader orchestration remain future work.

A SMALL START. A CLEAR DIRECTION.

## From your menu bar to your next useful task.

01

### Set up your Mac.

Start Headful and choose the Minimal experience. It checks Salesforce CLI, points you to the official installer when needed, and lets you recheck after installation.

02

### Choose your connections.

Import the CLI orgs you want or connect through Salesforce’s browser login. Set aliases, colors, and your Headful default. A discovered sandbox still needs its own login.

03

### Work your way.

Open the workspace or connect your preferred local agent. Start with a focused read, then review supported changes when you are ready.

YOUR FAVORITE HARNESS. YOUR LOCAL ORGS.

## Give your agent some headspace.

Use Headful’s packaged local MCP bridge from a compatible desktop or CLI client. The Mac app remains the single home for connections, features, and reviewed changes.

Codex, Claude Desktop or Claude Code, and OpenCode have local integration paths. Interactive Apps depend on the client’s capabilities. Hosted ChatGPT connectors cannot reach your Mac’s loopback server directly.

A FEW THINGS TO GET YOUR HEAD AROUND

## Before your first flight.

A local Mac app. A Salesforce-first workspace. A clearer way to work with your agents.

[Find your bearings in the docs ↗](https://headful.cloud/docs)

What is Headful?

Headful is a free, local-first Salesforce workspace for Mac. It combines a menu bar org manager, focused admin workflows, and an optional local agent connection. Keep your orgs in view, give agents useful context, and review supported changes before they happen.

Is Headful open source? How do extensions work?

The desktop core and Admin Utilities extension are open source. The optional proprietary MCP Apps extension adds local agent setup and interactive interfaces for compatible clients. In Extensions, inspect each module’s license, settings, and contributions before enabling it. The beta is free; enabling an extension does not grant Salesforce access or approve changes. Backups and reviewed restores are planned as a future proprietary extension. [Read the extensions guide.](https://headful.cloud/docs/extensions)

Do I need a Headful account or a Salesforce Connected App?

No Headful account is needed for core desktop features. Salesforce CLI owns the normal browser login flow, including your org’s SSO and MFA. Headful can use selected existing CLI connections; it does not require a separate Connected App client ID and secret for this path.

Can I connect production and several sandboxes?

Yes. Connect or import each org separately, then choose its alias, color, default preference, and agent access. Sandbox inventory depends on your production user’s Salesforce privileges. Discovery does not authenticate a sandbox.

Does Headful send my CRM data to its cloud?

In local desktop mode, Headful’s servers do not receive Salesforce credentials, CRM records, or workflow contents. Your Mac contacts Salesforce directly. If you use an external AI provider, the selected tool results you request may be sent to that provider under its policies. This website collects waitlist emails separately. Optional encrypted Connect forwards ciphertext and visible routing metadata; hosted MCP processes authorized requests and results. Those development paths have distinct [privacy disclosures](https://headful.cloud/privacy).

Can an agent make changes without my review?

An agent can read authorized context and prepare supported changes. A consequential write requires your explicit review of the exact org, target, inputs, and effect. Installation, client access, and org selection do not approve future writes. Unknown outcomes are retained for reconciliation.

Can I use ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude?

Use a supported local MCP integration in a desktop or CLI harness such as Codex, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or OpenCode. Interactive App rendering varies by client. A hosted ChatGPT connector cannot reach your Mac’s localhost simply by receiving a local URL; no mandatory cloud relay is part of the core product. The optional Headful Connect hosted MCP gateway is in private development; authorized requests and results pass through that gateway while Salesforce credentials and execution stay on your Mac.

Can I use Headful on mobile?

The desktop beta is for Mac. Headful Connect has a controlled mobile development client with encrypted pairing and bounded org, lead, and activity views. Public remote access and a distributed native mobile app are not generally available; join the waitlist for updates.
