Headful Cloud is an invitation-only beta operated by Jalil Laaraichi. Using the service means accepting these beta terms and the privacy notice. Questions go to reachjalil@gmail.com.

Authorized use

Connect only Salesforce accounts and orgs you are authorized to use. Follow your organization's policies and Salesforce's applicable terms. Keep account access, consumer secrets, and agent connections secure. Do not use the service to bypass permissions, interfere with another account, or send content you have no right to share.

What this beta does

The release connects multiple orgs, creates users, continues their permission-set access setup, reads unconverted leads, and supports bounded custom permission-set definition edits. Only your explicit reviewed Create or Apply action in an authenticated App or Setup approves a provider operation. Review the target org and exact effect before approval; creation and access changes affect real Salesforce records, licenses, and permissions. Independent assignment operations can partially succeed; a later failure does not undo confirmed user creation.

Agent output can be incomplete or mistaken. Salesforce is the authority for current records, permissions, dependencies, and write outcomes. An uncertain result needs supported workflow reconciliation or direct org inspection. There is no general promise that every admin operation, provider, chat host, or ZIP installation path is supported.

Beta availability

The service is offered as-is during beta. Features, limits, invitation access, and availability can change. There is no enterprise service-level agreement or guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Keep your own Salesforce recovery practices and validate the service in a suitable sandbox before consequential production work.

Your data and integrations

You retain your rights in your CRM data. You authorize the service to process the data and credentials needed for the connections and requests you choose, as described in the privacy notice. Salesforce, Cloudflare, and your chat host apply their own relevant terms. Disconnecting a connection does not reverse an approved Salesforce change or remove data already delivered to another host.

Independent product

Headful Cloud is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or certified by Salesforce or OpenAI. Salesforce, Lightning, ChatGPT, and other product names belong to their respective owners. Use of SLDS and protocol tooling does not establish marketplace approval. Public plugin publication requires a separate review.

Ending access and changes

You may revoke an agent grant or disconnect an org in Setup and contact us for account deletion. Access can be suspended when necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service. We will update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a posted update accepts the updated beta terms.
