New teammate.
Fewer loose ends.

Turn “can you set up their Salesforce access?” into a workflow you can follow, review, and finish with a clear record of what happened.

Prepare the person, then review the details.

Choose the target org and enter the supported user fields. An agent can help prepare the draft; you review the exact inputs and explicitly choose Create. Salesforce validates the request, available licenses, and your authority.

A useful starting prompt

Help me prepare a user for Maya Chen in UAT. Show me the required fields and leave the draft ready for my review.

Example only. Your orgs, permissions, and client determine available results.

Keep access setup attached to the new user.

After Salesforce confirms creation, continue permission-set access setup in the same retained workflow. Check the user and org, review the assignments, and explicitly apply the supported changes.

Know what succeeded.

Confirmed creation and assignments stay recorded if a later step fails. Read the receipt before continuing. An uncertain outcome needs reconciliation or direct Salesforce inspection before another change is prepared.
