GETTING STARTED

Your first flight
starts here.

A Mac, a Salesforce login, and one useful task. Start locally without an AI subscription or a Headful desktop account. Your Salesforce data does not pass through our servers in the default desktop mode.

Mac beta · Salesforce first · Invitation access

Before you start.

Headful’s initial product and distribution are Mac-only. The beta is free, and access currently starts with the waitlist. There is no public stable installer yet. Use the build and installation instructions supplied with your invitation. You need a Salesforce org you are authorized to use and modern Salesforce CLI (sf).

Set up your workspace.

  1. Open Headful and choose the Minimal experience.
  2. Run the Salesforce CLI check. If sf is missing, follow the official installer link shown by Headful, then recheck.
  3. Import selected existing CLI connections, or start a browser login for a new org.
  4. Choose a recognizable alias and color. Check the environment and set your Headful default.
  5. Open the workspace and start by viewing your org or a small lead list.

Add an agent when it helps.

The workspace works without an agent provider. If you want an external agent, enable the optional MCP Apps extension, inspect the setup preview for a compatible client, and grant only the orgs and capabilities needed for your task.

Start small, then review.

A read is a useful first check of the org and its permissions. The open-source Admin Utilities extension includes org shortcuts, record inspection, bounded SOQL, schema exploration, and basic CLI diagnostics. Supported user and permission changes still need your explicit review of the exact target and effect. Mobile access and broader orchestration are future work. Backups and reviewed restores are planned as a separate proprietary extension.
