Import a connection you already use.
If you already use modern Salesforce CLI, import the connections you want in Headful. Check the verified org and authenticated user before saving display aliases or agent access. Your Headful default is its own preference; it does not silently replace the CLI default.
Connect a new org.
The normal desktop path does not require you to create a separate Salesforce OAuth app or enter a client secret into Headful. Follow your organization’s policies for CLI access.
- Choose production, sandbox, or the appropriate Salesforce My Domain login.
- Complete Salesforce’s browser authentication, including your organization’s SSO and MFA.
- Return to Headful and verify the org identity, environment, and connected user.
- Give the connection a useful alias and color.
Discover is different from connect.
A production connection can show the sandbox inventory its user is permitted to read. Connect each sandbox separately. A sandbox being visible in that inventory does not authorize it for the workspace or for an agent.
Changing a default does not move saved work.
Choose a default for new tasks. Existing workflows stay pinned to their original org and connection context. Reconnect if a login expires, and review any prepared change again when the connection or relevant Salesforce state has changed.
